Priority shipping is only time from when we actually bring to post office and ship. All of our products are premade and ready to ship after purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your order. As a brand we are a small team we please ask for your patience.

 

Tracking information is sent when shipping label is created. Contact us if your package hasn't arrived after a few weeks from getting notification.

Email us asap for address changes and we shall see if we can accommodate.

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
